You'll join the Claims Validation Team to protect Marshmallow against fraudulent activity, defending the company loss ratio. You'll review indemnity referrals and investigate first-party claims to ensure fair outcomes for honest customers. • Review indemnity referrals flagged by the wider claims team
• Investigate first-party claims by phone and email
• Work proactively to minimise leakage
• Collaborate with claims and fraud teams

• Background in fraud or claims/policy validation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
