As a Home Health Aide with BAYADA, you will provide one-on-one care to senior and elderly clients in their homes, helping with activities of daily living and promoting independence. Requirements

• At least one year of work experience
• Listed on NJ Board of Nursing registry in good standing
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Meet all state requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide bathing, grooming, and toileting assistance
• Assist with ambulation and transfers
• Support with oral feeding and medication assistance
