You'll manage the security ticket queue and troubleshoot issues across SpaceX's security infrastructure. Your work will directly support the operational backbone of security services, keeping systems reliable. You'll be encouraged to automate tasks and grow into more complex security engineering work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and triage the Information Security ticket queue.
• Perform operational tasks to keep security platforms reliable.
• Collaborate with Security Engineers on investigations and improvements.
• Support and maintain security tools including YubiKeys and SSH infrastructure.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity/related field or 2+ years professional infosec experience.
• Experience troubleshooting operating system internals for Linux, Windows, or macOS.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing a ticket queue in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with YubiKeys, SSH, and public key infrastructure.
• Scripting skills for automation.
