🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal advice on capital markets transactions globally
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Assist with corporate governance and board management
• Oversee due diligence and legal implications of business decisions

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• 6+ years of legal experience in law firm or corporate setting
• Proven track record in complex commercial transactions
