🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design for key products across insurance, safety, and repairs.

• Partner with research, product, and data teams to turn insights into design.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of product design experience (agency or in-house).
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and shipped consumer products.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end from research to launch.
• Experience building and evolving design systems with engineering teams.
