You'll lead autonomous vehicle programs for a defense technology company, owning lifecycle from software dev through hardware deployment. You'll drive mission-critical capabilities for Unmanned Surface Vehicles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full lifecycle execution for USV programs from development to deployment
• Shape roadmap and align priorities across engineering, operations, and test teams
• Facilitate technical discussions and drive consensus on key decisions
• Coordinate field testing and ensure rapid feedback loops

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing technical programs spanning software and hardware
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and system architecture
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across functional teams

• Direct experience with autonomous vehicles or unmanned systems
