💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering excellent customer experiences and help train new team members in a pop-culture themed retail environment. Your impact drives sales and supports hunger relief with every purchase. You'll also assist with daily operations and merchandising.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
