💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center to identify cosmetic imperfections and perform paint prep and finishing. Your work ensures each low-mileage, late-model car is in first-rate condition for our customers. This entry-level role offers 100% company-paid healthcare and training programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify cosmetic imperfections and repairs pre- and post-paint
• Perform prepping, sanding, and masking of vehicles
• Operate equipment and tools in a fast-paced production environment

📋 Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Pass a complete background check
• Read, write, speak and understand English
