🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers
• Help customers plan and execute end-to-end implementations
• Answer inbound technical questions on email and Slack
• Create technical content like sample apps and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as a developer support engineer or adjacent role
• Experience at an early-stage startup
• Development experience with JavaScript, Ruby, Python, Go, or Java
• Excellent writing skills
