Description

You will own the full lifecycle of new hire onboarding and continuous enablement for Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. You'll build and execute enablement programs for complex enterprise deals, drive adoption of value-based selling motions, and deliver training in collaboration with sales managers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Sales Enablement or Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales focused on Fortune 500 accounts
  • Proven track record supporting strategic sales motions into Enterprise accounts
  • Deep expertise in MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and other enterprise sales frameworks
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs both in-person and virtually
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle of new hire onboarding and continuous enablement for AEs and BDRs
  • Build and execute AE enablement programs for complex enterprise deals
  • Drive adoption of value-based selling motion (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message)
  • Create BDR learning programs and playbooks to support internal promotion into AE roles
  • Deliver live and on-demand training sessions, workshops, and coaching
