🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end global payroll across all hubs.
• Manage, coach, and develop two Payroll Specialists.
• Establish and improve payroll processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and employment regulations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role across multiple countries.
• Experience with EOR models and multi-entity payroll.
• Skilled in HRIS, Deel, and Finance integrations.
