🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery workshops and user research to inform UX strategy.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and specs for complex workflows.
• Define taxonomies, metadata models, and ontologies for AI.
• Integrate UX and IA into agile product team ceremonies.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of UX design or IA experience with complex systems.
• Proven experience leading user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of taxonomy and content governance.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools and accessibility standards.

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools or data labeling platforms.
