🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform hair color consultations and chemical services
• Deliver shampooing, conditioning, and blowout services
• Drive retail sales and membership enrollments
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory standards

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in state of application
• 1+ year colorist experience behind the chair
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems

• Ability to train and mentor assistant colorists
