💼 About This Role

You'll deliver rehabilitative programming services as a Registered/Certified Substance Abuse Counselor I within Amity Foundation's in-prison Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program. You'll conduct group and individual sessions, develop treatment plans, and support participants returning to the community. This role offers groundbreaking experience in a therapeutic community environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver treatment programming services and conduct group/individual sessions.
• Implement scheduled program curriculum using motivational interviewing and CBT.
• Develop and monitor treatment/action plans with participants.
• Maintain accurate, confidential participant records and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 6 months of experience providing SUDT services as a certified AOD Counselor.
• Current AOD Certification recognized by DHCS or registration with BBS/AOD certifying body.
• Understanding of substance abuse causes, symptoms, and effects.
• Operational knowledge of MS Office Suite (preferred).
