You'll lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities. Your core impact will be driving tenant satisfaction and financial performance while elevating team performance through coaching and process improvements. This role offers the chance to act as the primary owner representative and shape asset strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to tenant needs and resolve problems promptly
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space walk-throughs
• Direct preparation of monthly reports and annual budgets
• Proactively collect rent and manage accounts receivable

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of commercial property management experience
• Real Estate License where required by local regulation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Working knowledge of leases, contracts, and financial terms

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• CPM or RPA designation or candidacy
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or Kardin
