Description

You will provide on-site and remote technical support for end-users, prepare and deploy laptops for new hires, and help maintain IT inventory. Working closely with the IT Manager and both local and remote teams, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for Windows and macOS devices
  • Monitor and work IT service desk/ticket queues ensuring timely response
  • Log and track service requests and incidents using a ticketing system
  • Prepare and deploy laptops for new hires
  • Maintain accurate IT inventory
