You will manage the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise companies from contract signing through launch, developing integration architecture and managing timelines. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure a successful transition for clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience working with strategic customers on technology solutions with top performance
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions
• Quick learner with ability to explain technical concepts to large customers
• Proven project management skills and strong critical thinking abilities
• Experience identifying and solving internal process inefficiencies

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise companies from contract signing through launch
• Develop, manage, and implement customer integration architecture, change management strategy, and timeline
• Partner with Sales and Technical Services teams to improve the Stripe user journey
• Engage with Product and Engineering teams to drive product strategy for large users
• Collaborate on strategic projects to improve and scale implementation process
