💼 About This Role

You'll join Axiom's bench of pharmaceutical contracts attorneys supporting life sciences clients. You'll own high-volume commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, and IT licenses. This role offers remote flexibility and exposure to diverse contract types across multiple business units.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate high-volume commercial agreements.
• Support diverse contract types including IT licenses and SaaS subscriptions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, IT, and Commercial teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent matters with competing deadlines.

📋 Requirements

• 4–12+ years in commercial contracting within pharma/biotech/life sciences.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and work orders.
• Demonstrated experience across multiple agreement types (IT, vendor, event, MTA).
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• Prior in-house experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• Experience supporting procurement, IT, and commercial teams in a centralized legal function.
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations like FDA, GMP, GxP.
