📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 2-3+ years experience in a hands-on technical role
• 2-3+ years experience delivering successful customer implementations
• Strong technical background with SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud services

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Zendesk integrations
• Experience with intent-based and generative AI
• Experience with Telephony Systems like AWS Connect, Five9, Genesys
