You'll own post-sales success for enterprise customers, driving adoption and business value realization for the Netskope cloud security platform. You'll blend deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, aligning business objectives to technical outcomes. This role stands out for its focus on SSE/SASE architectures in a high-growth cybersecurity company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead structured post-sales handoffs from Sales, capturing business objectives.
- Drive a structured onboarding program that accelerates time-to-value.
- Lead regular cadence calls to monitor utilization and adoption engagement.
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with GTM teams.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management.
- Strong expertise in SSE/SASE architectures and cloud security.
- Proven ability to drive customer adoption and retention.
- Fluent Spanish and French required.
โจ Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programs.
- Experience building business-aligned cloud and cybersecurity programs.
- Bachelor's Degree (BSc) preferred.
