🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners and HCM partners
  • Create strategic referral networks for lead generation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance
  • Establish business goals and performance metrics with partners

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building relationships with tech and HCM partners in SMB space
  • Proven track record of success in a quota driven sales environment
  • Ability to be in the field 3 days/week
  • Tech-savvy with Salesforce experience preferred
