🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners and HCM partners
- Create strategic referral networks for lead generation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance
- Establish business goals and performance metrics with partners
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building relationships with tech and HCM partners in SMB space
- Proven track record of success in a quota driven sales environment
- Ability to be in the field 3 days/week
- Tech-savvy with Salesforce experience preferred
