You'll own Net Revenue Retention for a $5Mโ€“$10M+ portfolio in a high-impact SaaS business, driving expansion and retention in a rebuild-phase environment. You'll help define what good looks like as part of an Account Management transformation, with autonomy to shape processes and outcomes.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own NRR for your book of business
  • Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy expansion pipeline with 3-4x coverage
  • Proactively manage renewals and mitigate churn risk

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Sales
  • Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities
  • Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, renewals)
  • CRM proficiency in Hubspot or Salesforce

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
  • Background in Transportation Management Systems or last-mile logistics
  • Daily use of AI in customer-facing workflows
