You'll own Net Revenue Retention for a $5Mโ$10M+ portfolio in a high-impact SaaS business, driving expansion and retention in a rebuild-phase environment. You'll help define what good looks like as part of an Account Management transformation, with autonomy to shape processes and outcomes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own NRR for your book of business
- Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain a healthy expansion pipeline with 3-4x coverage
- Proactively manage renewals and mitigate churn risk
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Sales
- Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, renewals)
- CRM proficiency in Hubspot or Salesforce

- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
- Background in Transportation Management Systems or last-mile logistics
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing workflows
