🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of customers and ensure measurable business outcomes
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews tied to ROI and productivity
  • Educate customers on AI capabilities like automation and predictive insights
  • Identify expansion opportunities through AI-driven use cases

📋 Requirements

  • 5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven experience growing/maintaining a book of 20-40 clients
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
  • Proven track record of driving renewals and expansion

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML-powered products or automation tools
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics or generative AI
  • Experience using Salesforce, Gainsight, or Outreach
