🎯 What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of customers and ensure measurable business outcomes
- Lead Executive Business Reviews tied to ROI and productivity
- Educate customers on AI capabilities like automation and predictive insights
- Identify expansion opportunities through AI-driven use cases
📋 Requirements
- 5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting (SaaS preferred)
- Proven experience growing/maintaining a book of 20-40 clients
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
- Proven track record of driving renewals and expansion

- Experience with AI/ML-powered products or automation tools
- Familiarity with predictive analytics or generative AI
- Experience using Salesforce, Gainsight, or Outreach
