Requirements

• 10+ years in HR technology with 3+ years in leadership
• 6+ years hands-on Workday HRIS experience
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems architecture
• Experience with AI-driven or agentic systems and automations
• Proven success leading system implementations in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the People Systems roadmap aligned with company goals
• Manage Workday HCM and integrations with other People systems
• Lead and mentor a team fostering innovation and accountability
• Collaborate with People, Finance, IT, and Security teams for seamless workflows
• Oversee system implementations, enhancements, and integrations
