You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for strategic roles with a focus on Marketing and Go-to-Market functions. Your core impact will be building talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and delivering a high-touch candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers in a high-growth tech environment.

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business units
  • Proactively source candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referrals
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach to offer stage
  • Develop market maps and talent intelligence to shape search strategy

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-8 years of recruiting experience
  • Background in high-growth tech, executive search, or recruitment consultancy
  • Proven success with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Exceptional English communication skills

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS
  • Knowledge of Marketing and Go-to-Market functions
  • Experience building passive candidate pipelines
