You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for strategic roles with a focus on Marketing and Go-to-Market functions. Your core impact will be building talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and delivering a high-touch candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers in a high-growth tech environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business units
- Proactively source candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referrals
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach to offer stage
- Develop market maps and talent intelligence to shape search strategy
๐ Requirements
- 5-8 years of recruiting experience
- Background in high-growth tech, executive search, or recruitment consultancy
- Proven success with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Exceptional English communication skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Knowledge of Marketing and Go-to-Market functions
- Experience building passive candidate pipelines
