• Monitor assigned cases using case management and billing systems
• Provide guidance on immigration process and travel needs
• Handle senior-level escalations for Mobility Specialists
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility
• In-depth understanding of immigration processes and compliance
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
