Description

You will lead negotiations for high-stakes commercial agreements, oversee privacy and data governance compliance, and advise product teams on legal and regulatory risks, including for AI-enabled tools. Your work will directly support expanding access to life-saving behavioral health treatment.

Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school and active bar membership
• Minimum 5 years legal experience with focus on technology transactions
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, privacy, advertising regulations, and IP
• Experience counseling on AI, data, and machine-learning initiatives
• Work authorized in the United States

Responsibilities

• Negotiate technology, SaaS, payor, and strategic partnership agreements
• Audit commercial relationships to improve terms and align with data strategies
• Create contracting templates, playbooks, and fallback frameworks
• Oversee compliance with HIPAA/HITECH, CCPA/CPRA, and state health privacy laws
• Advise product teams on legal risks for AI-enabled tools and patient-facing features
