🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI growth workflows using AirOps platform
• Evolve services delivery playbook and resourcing
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
• Monitor key metrics and recommend solutions

📋 Requirements

• 2 to 6 years experience in Growth, BizOps, or similar role
• Experience with LLMs and AI techniques including prompt engineering
• Experience automating processes with workflow automation tools like Zapier
• Strong analytical skills using data to inform decisions

• Familiarity with Python and JavaScript
• Experience with project management tools like Linear, Airtable, Asana
