Description

You will lead a team of Value Engineers driving end-to-end customer value journeys, from landing to expansion and renewal, within the DACH region. You'll act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, identifying high-impact process improvement opportunities using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform and ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years as a people and business leader in customer-facing role with Consultancy or SaaS
• Proven executive presence as sparring partner for senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and strategy-to-execution leadership
• Experience with pre-sales and consulting
• Track record of leading high-performing teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end customer value journey for entire portfolio
• Translate strategic objectives into high-impact use cases and evangelize platform
• Communicate value and roadmap to C-level executives
• Lead customer base through Celonis Value Journey (land, expand, adopt, renew)
• Develop talent and allocate resources to meet targets
