You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, supporting and developing engineers while driving technical initiatives. You'll collaborate with product and technical leads to set standards and foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Experienced manager with strong technical and delivery background
• Proven ability to set and maintain high engineering standards
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams of 7+ people

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for delivery across your squad(s), collaborating with Technical Lead and Product Manager
• Foster a high bar for engineering excellence within your teams
• Lead, coach, and develop 7-10 engineers through regular 1:1s and feedback
• Partner with senior engineers to drive technical initiatives that raise engineering practices
• Collaborate with wider engineering organisation to contribute to best practices and standards
