• Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on protocol requirements
• Review, draft, and negotiate confidentiality and clinical study agreements
• Coordinate execution of agreements and maintain contract files
• Update study team on contract negotiations and execution status

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent contract management experience
• 1 year of relevant experience drafting and negotiating clinical research agreements
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
