💼 About This Role

In this role, you'll lead clinical AI governance and validation to ensure safe and effective LLM use in healthcare. You'll drive quality improvement initiatives and collaborate across clinical and engineering teams. The position offers remote flexibility with limited travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead pre-deployment validation and model card creation for AI tools
• Run clinical red-teams and prompt testing to evaluate LLM outputs
• Train clinicians to oversee AI tools and adjudicate exceptions
• Support URAC/NCQA quality operations and clinical service-line QA

📋 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• 5+ years clinical practice and 2+ years in quality or patient safety
• Experience with clinical review of LLM outputs and eval datasets
• Working knowledge of URAC, NCQA, CMS and QI methodologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI and basic SQL
• Experience in virtual care or care navigation
• Background in enterprise audits
