You'll lead full-stack design and delivery of AI-native solutions at Toast, building LLM-powered agents and driving technical architecture for a focused AI pod. You'll tackle complex, cross-functional problems that directly impact the restaurant industry. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland with full relocation provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full-stack design and delivery of AI-native solutions
• Drive technical architecture for pod initiatives
• Build and integrate LLM-powered agents and workflows
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years designing and delivering scalable software systems
• Experience leading technical architecture for a platform or team
• Experience building or operating LLM-powered agents or AI infrastructure
• Strong foundation in Java/Kotlin and TypeScript/React

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with A2A protocols and multi-agent patterns
• Experience with ML concepts or model evaluation
• Experience building developer experience platforms
