Description

You will direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members, and provide physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members. This role focuses on delivering person-centered care that respects every resident's choices.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• CPR certification
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice preferred
• Long term care experience preferred
