💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily operations in the dispense & fulfill pharmacy, leading a team of pharmacy technicians. You'll drive operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This role is key to optimizing workflows and maintaining patient safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the pharmacy technician team.
• Create daily workflow plans for task prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pharmacy initiatives.
• Coordinate special pharmacy projects and supervise completion.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of manager-level experience in a pharmacy setting.
• National Certified Pharmacy Technician license (EXCPT or PTCB).
• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician registration with Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
