Description

As an Operations Associate, you will drive profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management, supporting shipment and sales floor recovery, and maintaining visual standards. You'll work with the Operations Visual Management team to optimize total store operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with management
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and reverse transfers
• Maintain visual standards and execute floor set updates
• Manage supply and facility relationships for smooth operations
