You'll lead full stack product engineering for Traba's core suite of mobile and web platforms that power industrial labor. You'll architect real-time job matching algorithms and ML-powered worker vetting pipelines to transform supply chain operations. This founding role offers direct collaboration with the CTO and significant equity in a well-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of frontend and backend applications
• Architect core systems including job matching and vetting pipelines
• Design scalable web and mobile apps, distributed systems, and APIs
• Establish best practices for code reusability and performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in frontend and backend technologies
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React/React Native, and Node.js or Python
• Experience building APIs, distributed systems, and using Docker, GitHub Actions, Datadog
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka
