🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee Aviation Maintenance program daily operations and faculty/staff supervision.
• Partner with Education teams on curriculum and course materials.
• Manage faculty performance through hiring, evaluations, and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, DOE, and OSHA requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years related practical work experience in aviation maintenance.
• FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings highly preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).

• Undergraduate or graduate degree preferred.
