You'll assist two Comedy Tour Marketing executives in coordinating marketing and ticketing initiatives for UTA's comedy touring clients. You'll interface with clients, managers, promoters, and publicists to manage show announcements and on-sale launches. This role offers the chance to build expertise in entertainment marketing at a leading global company.

  • Manage phones, calendars, and schedule meetings
  • Prepare press kits and marketing materials
  • Coordinate with promoters for show launch and on-sale
  • Create marketing, ticketing, and radio grids

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years experience in entertainment or marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, PR, or journalism preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
