Description

As a Senior Product Designer at Klaviyo, you will focus on the visual and aesthetic side of our design language, collaborating with engineers, product designers, and brand designers to push user experience forward. You'll document and evangelize the design system, transform workflows with AI, and drive adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Product design experience with an accompanying portfolio
• Experience designing and building durable design systems at scale
• Documentation of guidelines and understanding of WCAG standards
• Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to set and uphold high design standards
• Design visual experiences that unify and exemplify the design language
• Document, maintain, and evangelize the Klaviyo Design System
• Transform workflows by putting AI at the center
• Drive adoption of the design system through critiques and meetings
