You'll drive footwear commercialization from development to production, managing trials and collaborating with factory teams. Your core impact is ensuring products meet fit, performance, and quality standards for seamless manufacturing. This role offers the opportunity to work with Brooks and influence global production processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multiple projects from confirmation sample to ready for manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot and manipulate manufacturing processes to achieve desired results.
• Manage trials in Asia ensuring products meet Brooks’ expectations.
• Review component construction, pattern, and process at the product factory.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in the Footwear industry.
• 1+ year experience in Footwear commercialization.
• Fluent English communication skills.
