You'll drive the strategic migration of memcached to Kubernetes and modernize the cache tech stack. This role offers hands-on experience with large-scale distributed systems at Pinterest.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team building reliable, performant caching systems at huge scale
• Drive cross-functional modernization of cache infrastructure tech stack
• Maintain high engineering standards for reliability and scalability
• Drive strategic migration of memcached to Kubernetes
• Define team vision and strategy for the next 3 years

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leading or managing engineering teams
• 5+ years relevant industry experience in distributed systems
• Hands-on experience building and operating production-grade systems at scale
• Experience coding in Java, Python, or C/C++
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
