Description

You will own the entire K-12 school sales funnel in California, signing new accounts to use the Swing platform for finding substitute teachers. You'll tap into your network of education leaders to close business within your first 90 days and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience selling into K-12 space or related industry
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM platforms strongly preferred
  • Ability to work PST business hours
  • Must reside in California, San Diego or surrounding areas strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to build pipeline and drive new business revenue
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Lead sales meetings with school and district administrators
  • Lead the sales cycle from initial contact through board approval and contract execution
  • Develop and present quarterly sales plans for your territory
