You will help shape Contentful's internal AI ecosystem by developing scalable, high-performance AI integrations, APIs, tools, and documentation. You'll collaborate closely with feature teams to bring AI-powered solutions to life, driving efficiency and innovation throughout the organization.

Requirements

Proven experience building high-volume APIs and services
Experience with serverless architectures (e.g., Cloudflare Workers)
Experience building and maintaining asynchronous systems
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying AI models or microservices
Knowledge of implementing enterprise governance features (RBAC, audit logging, compliance)

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable AI platform features using TypeScript and Node.js
Implement and integrate AI technologies like generative AI, ML models, or NLP
Think critically about interactions between AI models and product components for cohesive UX
Quickly fix bugs related to AI performance, model integration, or data pipeline issues
Participate in code reviews and improve AI development processes
