Description

You will provide technical support on water supply projects throughout New England, working on civil engineering design for drinking water systems. You'll assist project managers with planning, budgeting, and execution, while also mentoring junior staff and leading technical aspects of complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline
• 6+ years drinking water engineering experience (or 5+ years with Master's)
• Registered Professional Engineer or working toward licensure within one year
• Experience with construction administration and client presentations
• Proficiency in water supply design and project management

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of water supply projects
• Develop technical solutions, scopes, fees, and schedules for complex projects
• Monitor project financial performance and report progress to Project Manager
• Serve as Technical Lead, coordinating with design disciplines and subcontractors
• Supervise and train less experienced staff, reviewing their work
