๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage technical and non-technical support resources in EMEA
- Collaborate with global Support Leads to ensure cohesive operations
- Analyze team and customer data to drive continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve agent and customer experience
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer support at a software company
- 2+ years of experience managing a high-performing customer support team
- Experience with Single Sign-On protocols (OAuth, SAML, SCIM) and REST APIs
- Strong data reporting and analytics skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Previous experience supporting a market at an early stage or startup
- Experience with SQL
- Familiarity with Notion
