  • Manage technical and non-technical support resources in EMEA
  • Collaborate with global Support Leads to ensure cohesive operations
  • Analyze team and customer data to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve agent and customer experience

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer support at a software company
  • 2+ years of experience managing a high-performing customer support team
  • Experience with Single Sign-On protocols (OAuth, SAML, SCIM) and REST APIs
  • Strong data reporting and analytics skills

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience supporting a market at an early stage or startup
  • Experience with SQL
  • Familiarity with Notion
