🎯 What You'll Do

• Mentor and lead vulnerability researchers, scan operations, and software engineers.
• Partner with engineering leadership and product managers across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices and tools.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of product features.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, ideally Enterprise SaaS.
• 4+ years in a management role overseeing multiple remote teams.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Go, or C.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Rabbit, Docker, Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and products.
• Experience with port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or signature development.
