💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of fintech products at a proptech startup, from discovery to roadmap execution. Your work will create Triple Win experiences for residents, property managers, and investors. You'll collaborate across Engineering, Design, and Compliance in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct ongoing discovery with residents and property managers to understand pain points.
• Define product strategy and a rolling 12-month roadmap with outcome-focused OKRs.
• Write product specs and collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver features.
• Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance on regulatory adherence for payments.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in SaaS with fintech/payments focus.
• Proven experience taking products from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with payments regulations including NACHA and PCI DSS.
• Ability to work EST hours.
