🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the entire sales funnel and revenue targets for annuities
• Build and scale a high-performing team of licensed professionals
• Architect operational backbone including licensing and commissions
• Influence product strategy using customer insights and unit economics
• Establish coaching rhythms and data-driven KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 7-12+ years leading inside sales and operations teams
• Hold an active Life Annuity producer license and NAIC training
• Proven track record of exceeding personal and team quotas
• Mastery of end-to-end annuity process including suitability and rollovers
