💼 About This Role

You'll own vendor sourcing and management across software, LLM APIs, and AWS compute for a $10B AI company. You'll build the procurement function from scratch, directly impacting unit economics and cost efficiency. This role combines deep procurement expertise with technical fluency in cloud pricing and token economics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run RFPs and negotiate enterprise contracts for software and services
• Own sourcing for AI infrastructure including LLM API agreements
• Manage AWS and cloud compute relationships and cost optimization
• Build spend analytics function and procurement playbooks

📋 Requirements

• 6–8 years in strategic sourcing or procurement at a high-growth tech company
• Proven track record negotiating complex technology agreements
• Technical fluency to engage on cloud architecture and APIs
• Experience managing cloud vendor relationships (AWS preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience sourcing AI/ML infrastructure or GPU compute
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning workloads or MLOps
• Background in finance, operations, or consulting
